This is a matter of faith. The materialist must place her faith in what she can see, feel and touch because she can not trust what is not available to her physical senses. To be able to trust God and look to God as your only Source of wealth, you will need to cultivate your mental and spiritual faculties such as intuition, imagination and faith.  This is an evolutionary process which begins as soon as you set the intention to expand your spiritual nature. Rev. Diane Harmony provides some very practical ideas about setting and manifesting intentions in her book and course, 5 GIFTS for Living An Abundant Life.
