Prayers for Prospering Times

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. – Rev. 21:1

Our Father, Author of every blessing, thank You for all of the possibilities of this New Year. Prepare us for the full appreciation of every blessing we experience this year. We now renew our minds and purify our hearts and experience the blessings of forgiveness and Love restored. Father, equip us to see the things and events which are of the world but to act only upon the reality of Your transcendent presence. As this year of prosperity begins, we set the intention to be willing and open channels for the full expression of Your presence within us. We confidently move into the promise and possibility of a year filled with an abundance of opportunities to experience Your peace, prosperity, and sustaining presence. As we look into the possible futures of this year, we see ourselves inspired by a new heaven and functioning on a new earth and wisely releasing the mistaken ideas and self defeating activities of the past.
